At A&A Supplies UK, all orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 12:00 pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Delivery Charges

• Orders up to £75: £4.99 delivery

• Orders over £75: Free delivery

Delivery Services

• Orders weighing under 2 kg are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

• Orders weighing 2 kg or more are sent using Evri Next Day delivery.

Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch and are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. A&A Supplies UK cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
